This property and planning practice is well-established in the marketplace with offices in London and the North. Their work ranges from strategic project advice through to the delivery of consultation programmes for well known retailers and property developers.  

Director or Associate Director

A rare opportunity has arisen to head the London team. You will have a track record in team management; bringing senior counsel to clients; as well as creating new business leads and generating income.  You will expand the offer and ensure the company is well placed to respond to a higher flow of investment entering the property market.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced planning and housing communications consultant. 

Account Manager

An account manager is required to join the team to help service existing clients and help generate new business. You will support the senior team in organising consultation programmes; setting up contact programmes across all stakeholders; and providing tactical advice to clients.

An in-depth understanding of local government is crucial as is a track record in working as part of a team to deliver successful communications programmes in the property sector.
