Internal Communications Consultant, Consumer Finance

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum + benefits
Location: Central London

Within a small team, this is a fantastic opportunity to support the successful development and delivery of this global group's internal communication plans, underpinned by the business strategy and core values. You will support the Head of Communications in managing IC channels, the bi-annual employee engagement survey and agency coordination.

This well known global brand is also undergoing ongoing business and cultural change, so support in the communication and engagement of this will be key. Suitable candidates must have proven internal communications experience, ideally including change communications activity, which will have been gained in the financial services or broad corporate arena.
