This is an opportunity for a proven Head of Strategic Communications Planning to join a market leading global ecommerce business to integrate their Corporate, Consumer and Internal Communications. This is a newly created and pivotal role within the communications directorate and will take ownership of the creation of a planning function across the Europe wide team that will support the delivery of all internal and external communications as well as provide guidance to Executive Committee members.

As Head of Strategic Communications Planning you will:

  • Build and develop a European project management approach to communications
  • Develop and manage a rigorous model of KPIs, evaluation and measurement across Communications
  • Create and implement a ‘grid’ system to bring a strategic approach to communications
