Before we take on a brief we always meet our client's HR team and the relevant line managers to ensure we fully understand the requirement. We can also advise our clients on matters such as remuneration and market conditions. All Terms and Conditions are agreed and understood before we start work. Time and again we have found that the key to our success is the investment made at the very beginning. We view the taking of a brief as a two-way process. We learn in detail what sort of person you need and what skills and experiences they must have. Due to the continual investment in our database and network, occasionally we can identify an appropriate shortlist of appointable candidates almost immediately. On other occasions one of our consultants might take some days to systematically work through our database before being satisfied they have found the right candidates to present. If advertising is being used, candidates attracted are added to the long list before a final selection is made.

We meet and interview every candidate before presenting them to you. If you have retained our services we will have conducted extensive interviews specifically against your recruiting criteria and competencies and we provide detailed written reports. We already know their peer group, ensuring the accuracy of our assessment and benchmarking.
We always present our shortlist in person, supported with detailed and accurate written assessments. Interviews can be conducted at our prestigious office in central London. If a client would like one of our Directors to sit in or join a panel we are happy to do so.
It's crucial that there are no surprises at the final hurdle, so we ensure from the start that the expectations of clients and candidates are aligned. Offer management is a subtle process, and it is important that all parties feel they have arrived at a good offer. We then support the candidate through their resignation, responding to any buy-back, and finally celebrating when they have settled into their new position.
