• I'm happy where I am but I'd be foolish not to keep my ear to the ground
• I want to move out of the civil service into a consultancy
• I want to move from my current in-house position as I've out grown its intellectual challenge
• I've achieved a lot in Brussels but now I want to relocate back to UK
• The CEO who hired me has now left; I don't have the same rapport with the successor
